Haneda Airport's observation deck has got to be one of my most favorite airport observation decks, especially during blue hour. I discovered it accidentally when I arrived at airport early for my KL-bound flight. So I decided to go up to the observation deck despite drizzling. It turned out to be a wonderful time to be at the deck - seeing blue hour, capturing water reflection, watching my most favorite ANA and other planes taking off and landing. It was an "airport waiting time" well-spent.
