Japan's vending machines are world renowned. They are found everywhere, even rural areas and offer a glimpse into Japan's high-tech yet culturally ingrained automation. 

Personally, besides the convenience of grabbing a drink whenever I'm thirsty, I enjoy looking at them for how neat, cute, organized, systematic they are. And of course, they are also very photogenic!
