Bunkyo Civic Center in Bunkyo City Tokyo has a free observation deck located on the 25th floor. It offers brethtaking view of Tokyo skyline, Tokyo Skytree and beyond, all the way to Mount Fuji!
When I was at Bunkyo Civic Center, there was no crowd, only a few local Japanese. It was peaceful and quiet. And the sky was relatively clear.
I was grateful to have a breathtaking view of Tokyo skyline with clear visibitliy of iconic Tokyo SkyTree. Beyond the concrete jungle, I could spot the snow capped Mount Fuji too. Despite not having having a telephoto lens, I captured the best I could of Tokyo Skytree and Mount Fuji seen from the observation deck.
