Sakurajima Ferry runs every 20 minutes during peak hours between Kagoshima Port and Sakurajima Port. One way takes about 15 minutes and bicycles and cars can be loaded too. 

To my surprise, the ferry was very huge, spacious and modern. I was so excited even at Kagoshima Port before the departure.
