The island is Aoshima Island, which is connected by a bridge to Aoshima Beach Park. I really enjoyed the day I was there  - clean, spacious, breezy ocean wind, fresh air, clear blue sky, sandy beach, proper tracks for cyclists and pedestrians, lines of palm trees.. a happy beach day!
