I noticed there are many taxis in the major cities of Kyushu. I think it's largely due to the fact that public transportation in Kyushu is not as well connected as in Kanto or Kansai regions. I enjoy seeing taxis in Japan though for their 'old nostalgic' design and look.  Here are some taxi shots I captured in Fukuoka City...
