My original plan was to take the beautiful yellow Nichinan Line to the most southern part of Miyazaki prefecture for a day trip. Unfortunately, there was an earthquake causing landslides at some major roads and railway tracks. It resulted in certain parts of the major roads being closed off for road clearing. Nichinan Line also stopped operations until further notice. I could only take photos of the beautiful Nichinan Line at the Aoshima station where the train docked. I hope one day I will get to take this Nichinan local train in future.
