Doutor Coffee, a budget friendly Japanese coffee chain with over 900 locations, is one of my favourite places to have morning breakfast if the hotel I stay at doesn't come with breakfast. Around 500-600 Yen, I could get a nice set of sandwiches and coffee. Sometimes, I would just sit inside, write a daily journal, or study local maps. Even looking outside the window and observing passersby is one of the most relaxing activities to have.
