I spent 1.5-hour chatting with two tourist information center ladies at Tokushima Station when I arrived from Wakayama. One attended the same community college as me in California. And other other lady graduated from France. Both of them spoke very good English. So we ended up chatting quite loud. With their permission, I also took some photos and videos of them. Amazing people, amazing Tokushima!
