The Lake Biwa Flower Fountain is a large fountain located on a 180m breakwater in the Otsu Port offing, that sends out streams of 440m long water 40m high into the air (equivalent of a 10 storey building). It''s one of the longest fountains in the world for horizonal distance covered. It's also beautifully illuminated at night.

These images were shot vertically with reflection on the Lake Biwa water at night. Therefore, there is a mirror image to the whole illumination.
