Okaki (おかき) is a traditional Japanese, crunchy, and savory snack made from glutinous rice cake (mochi) that is dried an then deep-fried or roasted. It's a popular, often soy sauce flavoured, rice cracker. The amazing light, shadow, and silhouette outside this Okaki shop caught my attention. Such a simple composition, yet captivating my heart.
