Even though the walkway was enclosed, it was still exposed to the strong and cold wind outside. It was so windy and so cold that at some point, it was quite hard to walk on the walkway. Right beneath the walkway is the Strait of Naruto with the famous Naruto Whirlpools. Quite an eye opening experience!
